When will I get the tracking number?

You will receive a delivery notification email when your order is shipped. This email will contain a tracking number so that you can check the status of your shipment.

My tracking number shows no information, what should I do?

It may take some time for the tracking number to be reflected.
If the delivery status does not change after a few days, please contact support@sohimijapan.co.jp with your order number.



About shipping date and time

For in-stock items, we will begin preparing for shipment upon receipt of payment from the customer. Usually it takes 2 to 3 business days. Delivery may be delayed in remote islands and other areas, and depending on weather conditions.

If you order more than one item

If you order multiple items, we will ship them all together. However, depending on stock availability and other factors, your order may be shipped in multiple shipments.

Packing of baggage

The product will be delivered in strict packaging so that no one will know what is inside. Customers can rest assured.

●We will start shipping in order after your order is confirmed. We usually ship within 3 business days. Japan: Usually takes about 3~5 days. Overseas Delivery: Usually takes about 5~30 days, but please note that it may take more than 30 days depending on the region.
●Due to the effects of the new coronavirus, delivery delays may occur in some areas due to delivery company stoppages or reduced airfreight service. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

Who will be the shipping company when shipping products? Can I specify the shipping company?

Usually, delivery is made by Yamato Transport. Sagawa Express, JAPAN POST, or other shipping companies contracted by our company may be used depending on circumstances. Please note that we do not allow you to specify the shipping company.

Can I pick up at the pickup location?

It is not possible to specify this at the time of order. Please contact the shipping company from the tracking number you received or apply for it yourself from the absence notification.

Order Cancellation

As a general rule, this site does not accept orders cancelled by the customer for any reason, regardless of whether the ordered product is part or all of the ordered product. Please check the contents of your order carefully before placing your order.

About Defective Products

Although we take every precaution to manage our products, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product or a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact our support team immediately. We cannot accept exchanges or returns if any part of the product, accessories, or packaging is discarded, lost, damaged, or extremely dirty due to customer handling. (We will replace damaged or malfunctioning products after inspection.)

Returns and Exchanges

Returns will not be accepted unless the product is defective. Product exchanges and returns will not be accepted if any part of the product itself, its accessories (consumables such as batteries and lotions), or its packaging is discarded, lost, damaged, or severely soiled due to customer handling. Please be aware of this beforehand. This applies to products received within 30 days of delivery. Product returns and exchanges are only accepted if the product is unopened. Products must also be in their original packaging. Invoices or order screenshots are required for returns.

How long does it take for a refund?

Refunds are usually completed within 30 days (may vary depending on your bank or financial institution).
If you paid by credit card, the refund will be made to the credit card you used to make the payment. The timing of the refund depends on the credit card company. Please contact your credit card company or financial institution for details.
